AccessCo Leaders opens doors for students who may not otherwise meet the leaders shaping workplaces and communities. We create student-led experiences that help young people build confidence, discover pathways, and imagine new possibilities for their future.

  • AccessCo is a nonprofit committed to creating access, elevating students, and connecting leaders.

    We partner with schools, youth programs, and employers to design online conversations where students lead—asking questions, shaping the dialogue, and learning from the lived experiences of CEOs and community leaders.

    Our approach is grounded in three commitments:

    • Leaders show up with intention

    • Students uncover who they are and who they can become

    • Wisdom is shared freely to elevate the next generation

  • Talent is everywhere. Access is not.

    Many students are capable, curious, and motivated—but lack proximity to leaders who can help them see a different path. A single conversation can:

    • Shift how a student sees their own story

    • Expand what they believe is possible

    • Open doors to mentorship, internships, and job opportunities

    • Build confidence that changes the trajectory of a life

    AccessCo exists to create these moments on purpose, not by accident.

  • AccessCo was founded by Ilyne Deliquina, a former Air Force officer, pastor, producer, and entrepreneur who has spent years elevating voices through CEO interviews and youth-focused leadership conversations.

    She created AccessCo to make these moments more intentional, more frequent, and more accessible for students and communities who deserve to be seen.
